Curator Relations Officer will be primarily responsible for connecting people in the broader community by creating partnership agreements and cultivating relationships with home based businesses, individuals, and other relevant organizations.
The ideal candidate is driven and passionate with strong communication skills. Experience with working in a customer-facing role within tourism is desirable. Things you would do as our Curator Relations :
Acquiring and retaining new curators
Managing the on-boarding process and providing support
Follow up on Curators’ concerns/issues/suggestions to ensure they are addressed.
Acquire and verify new curators and communities based on the company’s flow
Improving the dashboard experience and content
Develop an understanding of what the Curators community needs, accounting for differences in region, language, and curator segment.
Identify, initiate and manage relationships with various curators and community stakeholders for experience creation
Creatively work with our communities to design new experiences
Documentation
Document all activities, communities, curators, segments, with weekly updating through a company opened database
Track and evaluate experience outcomes. Assists with creating reports to share progress with stakeholders and funders.
Set up KPIs and manage yearly goals
Site inspection to required locations
Assist the social media team with content related to curators and curator acquisition projects.
Other ad-hoc tasks
Skills and Qualifications :
Experience in community outreach programs is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field preferred
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office or Google drive
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo, text) presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Experience and success working in partnership with local residents and community organizations preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
