Job description

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for planning and handling all matters related to the digital marketing of Falak. It includes developing & executing projects, managing social media, analyzing data, optimization, and internet marketing. In addition, they are responsible for implementing the marketing strategies. They will be working closely with other departments.


  • Understand Falak’s mission, vision, values, and brand;
  • Develop & execute a plan for digital marketing;
  • Develop and manage social media channels;
  • Monitor activities online and present recommendations for improvements;
  • Create reports and analyze data to measure success and areas of improvement;
  • Research the latest trends in digital marketing;
  • Assess promotions and other digital marketing campaigns and determine ways to improve;
  • Create and execute a SEO strategy;
  • Work closely with the design and content creation team and participate in the creation process;
  • Utilize modern technology to implement strategies, plans, and promotions;
  • Conduct quality assurance in designs and contents to ensure they are aligned with Falak brand identity;
  • Collaborate with other departments to serve their digital marketing needs;
  • Be proactive and take initiative in presenting creative ideas;
  • Participate in events internally and externally;
  • Contribute & support other departments as needed;
  • Create reports, presentations, and other documents as required;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
