Job description

Falak is looking to hire an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office.

Duties and role responsibilities will involve the following:

  • Greet visitors and conduct tours;
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems layouts and equipment procurement;
  • Handle correspondence, complaints and queries;
  • Manage office petty cash and budget;
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, contractors and clients;
  • Provide elite customer service to clients;
  • Answer phone calls, inquiries through email and mobile when required;
  • Assist in organizing company events and conferences;
  • Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff;
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings;
  • Handle office repairs to maintain a safe and efficient office status;
  • Liaise with different vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
  • Organize office operations and procedures set by direct manager and report to direct manager to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new subscribed members.
 
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior minimum experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
