SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills ( 5 to 10 years)
- Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant fields
- Fluency in English with Excellent written and verbal communication (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of hotel management softwares such as (PMS) is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a strong business mindset.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set and Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits for all supporting departments
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms,Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
- Create & coordinate all operational polices, procedures, guidelines and insure full compliance
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, refurbishment, maintenance and staff housing
- ensure compliance with health and safety legislations and hiegene laws
- Ensure company standards for operation, housekeeping, staff and guest services are met
- Develop and implement an efficient marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners to enhance and expand the business
- Hold weekly briefings and meetings with all departments and report back to business owners
- Prepare a monthly financial reportings for all departments and report back to the business owners
