Content Writer

The Content Writer is a professional writer who is responsible for writing creative and engaging content that helps promote Falak using various marketing channels. Their responsibility includes fully understanding Falak’s mission, vision, values, and brand identity in order to create content aligned with them. In addition, they are requested to review and edit already excited content such as on the website. Their work needs to be high quality with no spelling or grammar mistakes for both English and Arabic content.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Falak’s mission, vision, values, and brand;
• Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices related to content creation;
• Write professional and error-free content for different purposes such as promotions, knowledge awareness, and so on.
• Proofread & edit content before publication;
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create & execute a plan;
• Implement SEO guidelines and strategies;
• Actively participate in promoting Falak on social media;
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in content and present recommendations;
• Ensure consistency and alignment with Falak’s mission, vision, values, and brand identity;
• Utilize modern technology to implement strategies, plans, and promotions;
• Conduct quality assurance;
• Collaborate with other departments to serve their needs;
• Be proactive and take initiative in presenting creative ideas;
• Participate in events internally and externally;
• Contribute & support other departments as needed;
• Create reports, presentations, and other documents as required;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
