The team is in the midpoint of an exciting period of regional growth and expansion. We are looking for a Saudi Commercial Manager who's got what it takes to be a spearhead in our talent team!
Things you'll be doing:
- Define the goals, core strategies and most efficient tactics to drive cost-effective sales acquisition
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deals
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data using CRM
- Support the growth team in generating SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Suggest strategies, goals and tactics to increase retention rates for startups subscriptions
- Report on KPIs weekly in meeting and identify future opportunities based on the data and analytics
- Work with the other teams to ensure growth subscription plans are upheld as per agreed deals
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the startups’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the startup subscribers in your responsibility to understand their needs and maintain retention rates
Who you are:
- 3+ years background in sales or business development
- Proven experience with closing deals & lead generation tactics
- Experience with data & analytics and quick, accurate judgments based on numerical findings
- Extensive knowledge of the Saudi startups ecosystem and basic knowledge of GCC ecosystems
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Only Saudi Nationals
- Bachelors of Business or any related field (from a top international university is a plus)
- High sense of ownership
