Act as a HR business partner for the Customer Relationship Center and handle
various employee relations issues that arise and offer counsel and leadership
regarding various situations.- Manage the Office/HR Assistant responsible for office management, interview scheduling
and other administrative functions - Manage all aspects of the recruiting process: Guide/ develop job descriptions, post job
openings, screen resumes, educate managers on selection practices, ensure that proper processes are employed, and execute/manage the process flow - Counsel and educate employees on HR related issues to mitigate risk and cultivate a healthy work environment.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to employment related requests including: DOL, Unemployment Claims and Employment verifications.
- Manage internal communications for the CRC by working in conjunction with Corporate Communications in the development and distribution of internal communications, coordinate
companywide activities as requested. - Participate in strategy sessions with the management team on policy design and HR practices
- Manage the performance review process on a quarterly basis
- Manage the Office/HR Assistant responsible for office management, interview scheduling
