    HR Specialist

    The position offered falls under the Human Resources Department. The main goal of the human resource officer will be to serve all the company’s departments regarding human resources, administrative affairs, and personnel affairs.

    adherence to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor and everything related to Human Resources Management. This job offer is only open to Saudis inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    · Provide insight, first-line support for all routine employee inquiries and explanations on HR system and administrative activities in support of HR processes.

    · Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding process for any candidates.

    · Knowledge of and ability to adhere to and update Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices and promoting the establishment and update of the human-consulting service knowledge base.

    · Responsible to ensure an efficient and compliant HR administration according to global standards and local requirements.


    Job Requirements
    The individual must be able to perform each essential function. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

    1. Age Requirements from 21-35
    2. Saudi National
    3. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
    4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong personality able to work with a variety of personnel
    5. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or related field. Ability to multi-task and thrive on challenge
    6. Highly organized and disciplined
    7. Proficient in MS Office
    8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    9. Ability to take direction
    10. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. 

    11.   Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment to handle multiple, competing priorities, and short deadlines.

    1. Excellent learning ability, patient, and strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility.


    Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
    2. Minimum Two years of HR experience Preferably in a telecom-related industry
