Social Media Designer

Job Responsibilities Sit in on conceptual design meetings and offer educated opinions Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects Select colors, font, images, and layout Create visualizations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project Develop product illustrations, logos, website graphics, etc. as needed Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams Implement feedback and changes when appropriate QA designs for errors Pass final design to development or publishing teams for release Graphic Designer Requirements and Qualifications Exceptional creativity and innovation Experience with both print and electronic media Proficient in design and photo-editing software Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines The ability and desire to stay up-to-date with commercial design/graphics trends and implement these in daily work Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Provide constructive feedback Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other social media best practices Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Great interpersonal and communication skills BSc degree in Graphic Design, Branding or relevant field
