Business Analyst

Job Summary 

As an Analyst at Pure Consulting, you will be asked to analyze client problems and support in finding solutions for them. You will be tasked with gathering, organizing and managing data, as well as performing data analysis and synthesizing findings. You will also prepare for client interviews and contribute to presentations. You will get high-level exposure, by working on a team, at a client site and interacting with clients - not just doing research back in the office. And you will have challenging and engaging colleagues that will help you grow and achieve your potential.

Responsibilities 

▪ Carrying out research and data collection to understand clients’ businesses; and conducting analysis

▪ Attending & supporting Interviews with client's employees, management and other stakeholders

▪ Running focus groups and facilitating workshops

▪ Preparing business proposals, presentations, and deliverable reports

▪ Contributing to identifying issues and brainstorming solutions to client problems

▪ Carrying out other tasks and activities as seen by senior consulting team

Required Competencies

▪ Effective oral and written communication/ presentation skills

▪ Intellectual quality in the form of demonstrated skills in data analysis and problem-solving and capacity to work long hours

▪ Leadership in the form of initiative and autonomy, capacity to deal with uncertainties and strong will to achieve

▪ Interpersonal skills in the form of team spirit, extracurricular interests and intellectual curiosity

▪ Ability to travel to client sites

▪ Well rounded with a good level of general culture

▪ Outgoing personality with a high level of energy

Required Qualifications

▪ Bachelor degree in engineering, business or marketing (Master’s degree is a plus)

▪ Two (2) years of experience in Marketing

▪ Proficiency/ fluency in both English and Arabic Languages
