Summary:
This
position aims to fill a vital role in Ns3a that contributes directly to the
company’s growth and success. The role requires approaching & maintaining
new & current clients (recruiters & career seekers) to build and
maintain a profitable and sustainable relationship in order to increase Ns3a’s
brand awareness, market share, and profit.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the
communication with potential and current clients
· Build and
maintain a profitable and sustainable relationship with clients including
communicating via email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.
· Communicate
regularly with current clients to evaluate the services provided, solve
problems, and maintain them as customers
· Build a
portfolio of potential recruiters and approach them to be paid customer
· Handle meetings
and presentations
· Participate in developing
& closing the contractual agreements including membership, partnership, and
other types of agreements with recruiters to ensure maximize profit and win-win
scenarios
· Collect
positive and negative feedback and share it with Ns3a business and technical
team
· Initiate and
actively participate in developing a better experience for the clients
including (but not limited to): solving issues, meeting customers’ needs/requirements,
and keep them satisfied with Ns3a
· Participate in developing
and enhancing Ns3a products
· Forecast and
track key metrics
· Prepare reports
and status
