What is the ultimate goal of this role?
The objective of this role is for the employee to manage all orders, prepare them for delivery, as well as manage the operations between the e-store and the shipping companies.
Role tasks:
The tasks are divided as follows:
- Receiving store orders, preparing shipments and delivering them to the shipping company to take them out for delivery
- Printing invoices and bills of lading and ensure the safety of products and deliver them to the correct shipping company
- Ensuring that payment for each order is completed and reviewed
- Managing inventory operation and check availability of quantities
- Tracking shipping products until they reach customers
- Responsibility for quality control
The results you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that orders are delivered to the final customer and that they are correct
- Ensuring that the stock is always available and free from defects
- Customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
