What is the ultimate goal of this role?
The objective of this role is to manage the facility's e-store from the technical side, marketing and operations. To reach the agreed growth and goals.
Role tasks:
Your main tasks are divided into 3 key areas: Marketing, Technology and Operations. It includes:
- Establishing the e-store, dealing with the chosen service provider.
- Follow up on the daily orders that are taken out by the team or by the outsourcing company
- Follow up with customers after the exit of the order and ensure that they received the orders
- Update the e-store with products after photographing and writing their description
- Marketing the store and increasing its sales by launching various paid campaigns
- Monitoring and observing the numbers and visits and prepare reports for senior management periodically
The results you will be responsible for:
- Increasing the online store’s orders and sales by x%
- Increasing the e-store’s visits.
Required periodic reports:
- Monthly performance report includes:
- The number of applications with the percentage of growth
- Daily total sales for the month
- An analysis of the main findings and conclusions from the part of: clients / visitors, etc.
- Quarterly performance report (similar to the monthly report but with similar quarterly comparisons in previous years)
