What is the ultimate goal of this role?
The objective of this role is for the person to be a key link between the store's customers and the store by responding to customer inquiries before purchasing, during purchase and in the post-sale phase.
 
Role tasks:
The tasks are divided as follows:
- Responding to customer inquiries on all different communication channels (social networks)
 
- The ability to interact with online chatting programs embedded on the site or standalone (such as WhatsApp Business)
 
- The ability to have a way of picking up customers’ steam, having detailed responses with the help of template answers or knowing and answering the life cycle of the request.
 
- Understanding the nature of inquiries related to e-commerce and proposing direct solutions or solutions that require communication with third parties.
 
- Writing periodic reports for the store manager and management summarizing the feedback and feedback received from customers in a way that benefits the organization
 
- Quick writing and responsiveness to inquiries
 
 
The results you will be responsible for:
- Close open conversations or emails
 
- Customer satisfaction rate after completing the purchase
 
- Converting visitors to clients
